Annie (she/her/ella) grew up in the northern mountains of California but has declared the Land of Enchantment as her permanent home. She has always had a love for botany, ecology, conservation, and social justice and believes she has found the perfect place to explore those passions. Annie graduated from U.C. Davis with her undergraduate degree in botany and from University of New Mexico in 2020 with her MS in Biology. She looks forward to continuing her work in conservation and giving back to her community with Ciudad! In her spare time Annie can be found playing in the dirt, identifying plants, and snuggling her two pit bull rescues.
