Landowners participating in the East Mountain Forest Health program  must have their property assessed by Ciudad Staff or Ciudad Contracted Assessors. There is a non-refundable charge for the initial assessment of your property.  This charge helps cover the cost of performing your assessment and writing your plan. the fee is $100 for any size project. Your assessment appointment will be scheduled after we receive your payment and process your application.
