Employment Announcement: Grow The Growers Farm Trainer

Ciudad Soil & Water Conservation District is seeking a Farm Trainer to support Bernalillo County’s Grow the Grower program.  Ciudad SWCD will manage the Farm Trainer in collaboration with Bernalillo County. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a position in agriculture education and is eager to invest in the next generation of farmers.

The Grow the Growers Program Coordinator reports directly to the Grow the Grower Program Coordinator. The primary function of the Farm Trainer is to provide supervision and training to Grow the Grower intern participants. With the support and collaboartion of other program staff and partners, the Farm Trainer supports the interns in reaching the learning objectives set out in the program curriculum. The person in this role is also responsible for field management and produce sales.
