Do I need to use a contractor for my project?

No, you do not need to use a contractor to complete the project. 

Does the cost share cover my time or volunteer time?

No, the cost-share will cover the cost of contractors and materials for the project. Any time you or volunteers contribute to the project is not billable to Ciudad SWCD. 

How do I get a permit for a curb cut?

If you are within Albuquerque City limits visit their website to apply for a permit >>. If you are within Bernalillo County visit their website to apply for a permit >>. 

What if my project costs more than $6,250?

You can still apply and Ciudad will reimburse you up to $5,000. 

How do I know if I live in the District?

Can I submit an application to install tanks or catchment systems for rain? Or downspout and gutter modifications for rain harvesting?

Yes but keep in mind that Ciudad will only pay up to $5,000/project and these systems can be expensive.
