EPA Clean Water Act Municipal Ombudsman

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Municipal Ombudsman is an independent, impartial and confidential resource to assist municipalities in navigating EPA’s Clean Water Act programs. The Municipal Ombudsman also serves internally as a liaison across the agency, provides an impartial perspective, acts in an advisory capacity on Agency activities and helps to promote innovative Agency policies.
