Education Coordinator, Theresa Aragon, has served Ciudad SWCD in its environmental initiatives since 2022. As a biologist and dedicated educator, Theresa brings more than 15 years of experience in field and environmental education to the Ciudad SWCD team. Theresa was born and raised in New Mexico and exploring the outdoors with her adventure-loving family is her greatest passion! Inspired daily by her love for the Land of Enchantment, Theresa brings a fun and engaging energy to the learning environment for all ages (she might even bring some insects or turtles with her too)! Because of her notable contributions, she has been recognized with the Exemplary Educator Award from the ARC of NM for compassionate work with children with medical complexity.
