The Inspection of Public Records Act (IPRA), 14-2-1 through 14-2-12 NMSA, embodies New Mexico’s policy of open and transparent government by providing the public with a broad right to inspect public records. Ciudad Soil & Water Conservation District is fully committed to honoring both the letter and spirit of the Act.
