Daniel Conklin is a 2012 graduate of the Bernalillo County Master Naturalist Program.  His volunteer project brought him out to assist in the rehabilitation and construction of the Tijeras Creek Stormwater Runoff and Retention Project adjacent to A. Montoya Elementary School, and to work with the school to integrate the project into fifth grade students' environmental and ecological studies curriculum.  Dan currently volunteers at the Carlito Springs Open Space area in the areas of outreach and education, landscaping and invasive species removal, as well as reporting on the condition of the site to Bernalillo County and the State of New Mexico as a Site Watch Volunteer. Education:BA, Economics, Vanderbilt UniversityMA, Latin American Studies, UNMMBA, Finance, UCLA
